When discussing customer satisfaction and loyalty regarding the website, it is important to identify the particular qualities that attract customers to these ideals. Customer service is the act of satisfying a customer’s needs and provides guidance and standards to carry out business. Customer loyalty is earned when customer satisfaction reaches a level that is conducive to repeat business. When customer service exceeds expectations and allows customers to feel free and empowered, something extraordinary happens. This attachment is caused by the emotional satisfaction that is provided by the website. This loyalty is earned by having the new website, continually and consistently offering those emotional rewards that create a sense of loyalty or dedication to the product or service being sought.
