Introduction:We are going to take startup of our transportation company in our country Pakistan. Thiscompany will operate in the field of transportation country wide by road and by air. We willprovide unique services to our passengers with luxury and unique facilities. Our company willprovide different services which include city to city transport, Goods transport, and Cargoservices. Our human resource will hire qualified personals to build up a strong enough teamwhich helps to run the business smoothly with handsome profit and customer satisfaction. As weall know that in our country, we face many problems in using transportation like of cleanliness,environment provided by the company, quality, high fares and much more. To solve theseproblems, we are going to provide good quality services with 100% customer care havingreliable fares, cleanliness and good atmosphere. We are providing inter-city and intra-cityservices of transportation with different levels. In 1st level, we have cabs and cars, in secondlevel we will provide Bus service, in 3rdlevel we will provide air service and, on the 4thand lastlevel we will provide goods transport and cargo services through heavy vehicles and in all theselevels we will provide unique service of pick and drop from the doorstep. Also we provideeconomy, luxury and business class in all these levels.Our milestones are to build up and establish a strong connection with our customersthrough online booking services from our web portal & app. Web portal & app will enablecustomers to be aware of fares, booking and timing etc. To grow our business, we have settledour goals and made different strategies of marketing and promotion which we’ll discuss indetails.
Promotional Plan:An outline of the marketing tools, strategies and resources that a company intends to useto promote their product and services is called promotional plan. A promotional plan is usuallyconsider vital planning tools for most business managers that helps contribute towards successfullaunch of a new product or service or its expansion into a new market.Apromotionalplancontains a detailedstrategyfor expanding your business or marketing a particular product.You may have to share yourplanwith business partners, investors, lenders and your employees,so it must contain clear and concise information, including the specific actions that you intend totake.Goals of the Company:Transportation company goals must be centered on the need to meet customerexpectations. Customer needs include safe and good journey, reasonable fares, loading andmoving shipments as rapidly and safely as possible, as well as delivering shipments exactlywhen expected and in the same condition as the items were when loaded on the truck. Rateschedules should be designed to create a differentiating competitive advantage, and the mostimportant goal may be to recruit the best-qualified drivers and support staff in the industry.
