Performance appraisal is heads up for employees because it shows what their strength and weakness are and as well how much for ability, they have to go future into career. In this paper I would like to discuss strategic advantages of performance appraisals, forms of bias and how performance appraisal contribute to achievement of strategic objectives. Performance appraisals are reports for employees that are presented to employees annually about their prior year’s performance. There are many benefits of this appraisal; it has whole record of performance to employer about employees over a period of time.
