Danny Vo Mr. O’Rourke Government December 1, 2005 Pledges of Abstinence, Help on World AIDS Day   Article Title In accordance with the five year anniversary of the World AIDS Campaign, an article on  CNN.com publicly addresses the worldwide disease of AIDS. The World AIDS Campaign was  launched five years ago by the United Nations in an attempt to help educate on AIDS prevention,  provide treatment for those infected, and continue the search for a cure. The anniversary of this  coalition to fight AIDS, also known as World AIDS Day serves as recognition of the disease, in  hopes of sparking support, enthusiasm, and commitment in the ongoing struggle. Even though  the majority of the world is not infected with HIV or AIDS, a large portion is. Over 40 million
