Discuss this in relationship to your area ofconcentration - practice and/or education.oI was a Medical Assistant for 7 years prior to going back to school and workedclosely with my manager. We (as a clinic) implemented a huge change frompaper charts to EMR. The change didn’t just happen in a day, It definitely tookweeks to months to finalize it. I felt like in these types of situations, I handlewell and present with a calm demeanor when the change is happening. Ihelped the providers figure out specific things in the EMR system and was thego-to person if anyone needed help. We strived to have those who wereflustered with the system focus on the changes for the long run instead of thestressful work that was going on during that time. It is very important to
