Ben DeYoung PSY 1001 Essay 9 Conforming The event that I now regret that I was apart of occurred when I was in elementary school. I pretty much hung around my group of friends during recess. We would usually play kickball or some other game during that time. This particular day a few of my good friends and I were sitting down in the shade after a game of soccer when a kid we didn’t like came up to us and tried to sit with us. Up to this point this kid has been annoying us and was trying to hang out with us on a constant basis. Well, on this day, we had enough of him annoying us. We, being young boys, decided that the best way to get him to leave us along was to push him around a little bit. So we got up and pushed him away from us and walked away. But soon after he caught up to us and followed us around trying to talk to us. So, to end it, we took it a little farther by pushing him to the ground and making fun of him. I felt a little
