The organization managed agenda for thetreatment of addicted person with alcohol and drugs. The company had kept a vast record of personaldata on the customers who came here for treatment. A number of the records data hold personal datacustomers like a mobile number, address name, and problems. John duties had been looked at data andmake a record of it. John was to set a statement that included the information of customers seen in eachagenda each month for the past few years, time of customer’s handling, customer’s completion date,and illegal histories of customers. Place together this information john had been given full right of entryto all files in the organization’s internal mainframe. After pull together the information into a folder thatincluded the customers’ names, he downloaded it to the organization computer. John was in a hurry tofinish his work on time. John made a decision that he will do his work not at the office but at home. Inthat way, he will finish his work on time. He made the data and burned CD and took CD at home. Afterfinished the final report John left the CD at home accidently and forgot about CD. John did mistake in ahurry. He forgot about confidential information at home. That could be used for illegal purpose. 2.0 The Stakeholders John Organization/ hospitalCustomersJohn’s family3.0 Non-Ethical Issue Ethics can be defined as the philosophical study or reflection of morality. The main unethical concernabout this failure is that employees do not understand their responsibility and duties towards business.Unauthorized approaches towards business always give birth to problems. Punctuality is also a leadingcause of unethical concern. Employees always find a new way to make their work easy which could belead to problems. As John did, he took personal and confidential data at home which is not allowed totake any kind of personal data at home.4.0 Consequences Compromise with trust
