Running Head: W41Human resources workers are frequently heard asking for a "place at the table." To put it another way,they want to be seen as a strategic corporate partner who can help drive change and policyimplementation. The roadblocks that HR professionals encounter in their quest to be recognised as truebusiness associates. With this question, there are two obstacles that stick out. The HR department'songoing struggle to meet normal tasks, tasks, and operational needs. It would be difficult to find thetime, personnel, and resources to overcome the barrier with completing the partner leading role if anorganisation does not have enough HR workers to fulfil typical operations, duties, and activities. HR maynot be able to do more in terms of defining and implementing a strategy standard due to a lack of moneyand/or HR manpower. It would be a lengthy procedure, especially if an organization's Strategic HRfunction has an unclear definition and/or plan. In some firms, a lack of a standardised strategic HR planand insufficient resources would make planning, establishing, and implementing a clear proposal
