Jordan Cohen 12/4/2007 KNES160N Final Exam Game Summary: The volleyball game that I watched occurred on November 21, 2007 between the University of Maryland and Clemson. While it was obvious that the Maryland Volleyball team was highly skilled, they were no match for Clemson. The Clemson Tigers won three straight matches against the Terps, winning by 30-26, 30-12, and 30-14. With this victory, the Tigers now won the conference championship. Although the Terps lost three straight games, the competition was fierce, especially during the first game. Maryland was up 17-13 until Clemson had a series of spikes and great plays that would ultimately lead to their first game victory. Games two and three were not very close at all, as the Tigers had many more aces and the team played much better. The Maryland team seemed to get really exhausted during the third game after being run around a lot before then. On the Maryland team, Kenning had eight kills and was a great asset to the team.
