Rothwell, Tim English 120 February 26, 2008 My Experience with Injustice Back when I was a young kid in junior high school, the hot spot to hang out on the weekends was called the promenade. Anybody who was anyone was at the promenade on Friday and Saturday nights. This outdoor mall would fill up with about five hundred kids running around with virtually no supervision. Nothing really came good with that many adolescents hanging out without there parents and I always kept that in the back of mind. Pretty much every night the cops would show up to the promenade due to kids doing illegal things. One night in particular stood out from all the other ones. I was the little kid getting questioned by the police and I had absolutely no clue why I was. It was nearing the end of my seventh grade with summer approaching rapidly. I was walking with my friends on the side of the outdoor mall when two cop cars emerged from the corner and shined their high beam lights in your faces. Immediately my friends
