The applicant will have the responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction, maintenance of standards and food control through proper food portioning by the Chefs. The primary goal is to protect the company’s image as well as achieving huge profits by maintaining the existing customers and turning walk-ins to regular clients. The ideal candidate is expected to be well experienced in all areas of the Food & Beverage department. Person Specification: It is a requirement for the applicant to remain professional and to ensure that they are well presented at all times. Punctuality is of importance as a significant image to manager’s subordinates will be determined by the individual’s level of responsibility. They are required to have the possession of high skills of communication with consideration to peoples’ needs (Gao, Luo & Tang, 2015) .
