Executive Summary Jamba Juice, known for its nutritious products of smoothies and juices, is a growing company with 595 stores nation wide, including one in the Bahamas. As the consulting team for the Jamba Juice Company, we were to elaborate the company’s strategies through the annual reports. Through our analysis we have derived some suggestions to improve profits as well as the company leverage to reach the company goal, becoming the largest specialty drinks retailer. First, we examined the details of the annual report and analyzed how the company had been doing for last few years. The reports showed continued growth as the company built upon their health culture, providing freshly blended beverages with a conscious effort toward helping the community. Company strategies were then examined and a SWOT analysis was formed to include strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Next, we created a balanced scorecard to visually explain how each change would affect each company stage (including financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth stages) and the company as a whole. We then analyzed the balance scorecard with the annual report in the following year to compare the changes to how the company actually performed. Finally, we made recommendations for the company’s future ambitions, and presented the necessary steps needed to take to achieve them. Several recommendations included limiting the total franchise store number since it only produces minimal revenues.
