SUBJECT: Reiteration on the Duties and Responsibilities of Course
Coordinator

1. Reference: Rule VI of the NPTI Training Guide (Revised 2018).
2. Per reference, the Chief, Training Center (CTC) shall designate a Course
Coordinator for every class upon recommendation of the Chief, Academic Section
(CAS).
3. In this regard, all designated Course Coordinator of any courses shall
thoroughly familiarize, internalize, and give proper attention to a task expected of him or
her to include, but no limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
a. To be directly responsible for all academic activities of the students and
trainees whether inside or outside the school premises;
b. To provide proper guidance and counseling to students and trainees
who shall request for the same and who are academically deficient to
promote their academic proficiency and professional growth;
