The above respondent was called for a Dialogue
but he only appeared here in the Barangay at second invitation
for he refuses to appear on the first meeting. Upon discussion
both parties agreed to come before to the office of the
Municipal Assessors Office. However, in regards to this matter
the Barangay respectfully forwarded to the higher office/court
the above case as the Barangay has no jurisdiction over the
case pursuant to the guidelines in handling case under the
Katarungang Pambarangay Law.
