OSHA Compliance Compliance Inspections -compliance officers inspect (________________) most of the businesses and may issue citations for violation of standards -employers can require OSHA inspectors to obtain a search warrant prior inspections - inspect premises, posters, health and safety records, first aid devices, and emergency procedures Violation citations - imminent danger, willful violations, non-serious danger, failure to correct violation, violations causing death, posting requirements, minimal violations - employers have 15 days to appeal to OSHRC; if not appealed the citation is final
