Ask the students to make a scrapbook with their pictures showing the progress or regress of their
own state of health. Included in the scrapbook are pictures of their past HRF activities (sports,
exercises and recreational activities). The scrapbook should tell a story about family wellness and
the importance of exercise and physical activity. This activity will help them assess and understand
their state of health.
Their output will be graded by the following rubrics:
Content – 20 points
Organization – 10 points
Clear pictures -5 points
Creativity – 5 points
Overall impact - 5 points
Inside the scrapbook, put the results of their performance on physical fitness test and answer the
following questions:
