21.INTRODUCTION Motivating people to work is not as difficult as it sound. People want to work hard and have a good time, give their best and be recognized for it. They want to work for companies that understand that and give them room to do it. Why, then does it seem so hard to get people to do what we want? What does a motivating workplace look like? They are a mix of analyzing, problem solving, empowering and rewarding. Creating a motivating workplace take a little of each of those. First, analyze where the problems are. Who or what is the obstacle? Apply some creative problem solving to change things, empower people to do the work and recognize them in meaningful ways. In a nutshell, that is motivation. Naturally, it is not all that easy, but it is simple. Let’s not lose sight of the simplicity of creating a motivating workplace as we grapple with the complexity of today’s work. In here hope to discuss various areas of motivation. Namely “Employee Motivation” and its impact on organization, the basic concept of motivation, the different motivational theories and some of the real life practices to motivate employees. I prefer to get more information in the book of organizational behavior, in internet, lecturer’s note and some of the books in motivation.
