Paula Fraisse – Beverly Hills Hotel 3 Sales Kit Analysis – Beverly Hills Hotel The Beverly Hills Hotel is a five-star hotel located in Los Angeles, California. It is part of the Dorchester Collection of hotels, which includes several other top-notch hotels around the world. According to their website, the Beverly Hills Hotel contributes $90 million annually to the local economy due to payroll, rich history and brand it built for itself. The Beverly Hills Hotel, also called the Pink Palace after the redesign in 1948 included painting the hotel pink, was built before Beverly Hills was an incorporated city. The property built up its name when famous celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe stayed at the location. Summary The Beverly Hills Hotel is a classic venue. It not only has a history behind it, but it also is very well known in the area and around the world. I selected this location because I knew there would be a high level of expertise in the work they do, but I also wanted to explore the idea that the Beverly Hills Hotel has more to offer than just its name. From previous projects I have done
Paula Fraisse – Beverly Hills Hotel 4 in Professor Culver’s class, I have seen other sales kits from various locations. I feel like although the Beverly Hills Hotel touched on all important subjects, I think they could have gone into more detail, which led me back to believing they may lean a lot on the brand name they have built for themselves. The Beverly Hills Hotel markets itself as a high-end, five-star hotel. On the website, it consistently uses the words “glamorous”, “lush” and “relaxed”. When you explore their website, you can see how they market themselves as a getaway for guests who are trying to enjoy their vacation in style and with the least amount of stress possible. The website showcases their newest addition of weekly yoga and spa benefits.
