IntroductionIn the modern era, transformation within the workplace has become veryimportant for the success of entities (Lee and Liu, 2021). Transformations areneeded because they assist in ensuring the fact that a business enterprise isoffering services and products as per the changing need and demand ofpeople in the market. In this study, a research proposal has been develop forconducting study on workplace transformation and employee turnover. Here,Dyson which is British Technology Company has been selected for conductingthe entire investigation.The DNA of the brand is that it offers innovativeproducts to its customers (Dyson, 2021).LO1Alternative research methodologiesIt can be stated that at the time of selecting the methods associated with aresearch, a research is required to be very careful as the outcomes andfindings are affected because of the same (Snyder, 2019). It can be statedthat the use of deductive approach would have been done in this study as itwould have provided more generalized information about topic which isworkplace transformation and employee turnover. In addition to this,positivism philosophy of research would have also been done because itwould have helped a lot in context of obtaining objective knowledge withregards to the topic selected. Furthermore, the use of qualitative analysiswould have been done as it would have supported in developing detailedknowledge and insight about the topic.Alternative methods and toolsThe use of inductive approach will be done as it will assists a lot in terms ofgathering more specific information about workplace transformation andemployee turnover. The reason because of which inductive approach will beselected is that it will assists in testing the existing theories linked with theresearch topic.On the other hand, deductive approach would have been considered asalternative methodology as it would have resulted in developing newtheories (Mohajan, 2018). The use of interpretivism philosophy of theresearch will be done as it has helped in carrying out interpretation of thecore and critical elements associated with the research topic. Moreover, thealternative approach here would have been the use of positivism philosophy3
