Circuit Block Diagram Figure 1: Overall Circuit Diagram Description of Circuit Function This circuit implements a Datapath to display the hexadecimal values of the switches on our board onto a seven segment display. There are two 4-bit Registers inside the Datapath, each having their own outputs REG_A and REG_B, respectively. Each of the two registers have 4-bit external input ‘SW5678’, load enable ‘L_D’, asynchronous RESET, and a CLK signal. Register A loads the value of SW5678 when LDAB = ‘1’, RESET= ‘0’, and the external select signal S0 = ‘1’. This is accomplished by using an AND gate to trigger the load input L_D on Register A. Likewise, Register B loads the value of SW5678 when LDAB = ‘1’, RESET= ‘0’, and the external select signal S0 = ‘0’. Again, we use an AND gate to trigger the load enable L_D on Register B. If RESET= ‘1’, both registers A and B clear their value. Also, if LDAB = ‘0’, the registers will not load
