EXPATRIATES 2 Expatriates Memorandum To: Chief Executive Officer From: Shanice Jones, HR Manager Date: May 13, 2016 SUBJECT: New Expatriate Turnover Program We are currently experiencing a huge turnover rate that is costing us a massive amount of money. Most of the turnover population are our expatriate employees. Not only are we losing money but our employee morale as a whole has went down. If we do not take immediate control we will send an awful impression to the expatriate employees we currently do have employed. I have identified reasons why we have not done well with keeping these employees and want to implement a new program. The first reason of the turnover is the lack of education of our employees and managers of the country they are in. We should have a class once a week on the different culture we are in. The class can be educational and fun. We can make food and learn different facts about the cultural diversity. The training should also teach better ways to communicate, how to improve
