Founded on August 28, 1937 by Kiichiro Toyota, in its headquarter in ToyotaCity, Aichi, Japan, today Toyota stands as the largest manufacturers in the world, producingabout 10 million vehicles per year.[1]Customer Base:In 2021, Toyota reported $245 billion global revenue. 90% of the revenuecomes from automotive sales which makes vehicle consumers – both individuals, governmentand private organizations their direct customer base. Such consumers typically opt fordifferent types of Toyota vehicles starting from cars to buses and even forklift trucks.[2]Toyota is also in the business of manufacturing certain industrial machinery attemptingdiversification.
