Explanation of Arrows.Concept has an interrelationship with Scope. A concept map is structured to help developcritical thinking skills and gives an understanding on a health problem and essential measuresand evaluations to implement (Schmehl, 2014). Understanding the definition of the concept willenable one to know the baseline of the disease or condition. For instance, in my concept map, theConcept is Glucose regulation which is defined as the process of maintaining BG level, however,Scope tells us what glucose level ranges are. Thus, knowing the Concept will help one identify ifthe Pt has a condition or not.Variations and Context are interrelated with Scope.Variations tell us the arising problems ofa condition and how they vary whilst Scope emphasize on the categories or classification of acondition. These concepts interrelate because variations enable us to know the classification ofone’s illness.
