Question 1 Organizations are growing vast nowadays. Let it be in a non-organizational organizations (NGOs) or corporate organizations, we can see varies of it in this modern era. Each organizations have management level and technical or operation level. Most of the people who belongs to the senior management of an organization are often older people. It has been in such view that older people fits best for management level in an organization rather than having the young generation people to be leaders in the organization. In this essay, I will discuss on both the opinion whether the older people or young people best fits in the senior management in an organization. Older people are experienced people. Common quotes says, “With age, comes experience”. They are well experienced and are ideally suited to be the leaders in an organization. These old peoples are the ones with critical thinking, creative thinking such as accounting and legal services and many more. Older people are more capable of communicating with clients and vendors, managing projects, leading a team, and of course, giving professional advice related to the job. Young people are not easily employed in managerial position because they are less qualified and have to pass professional examinations and be under guidance for several years before they can work independently especially in accounting and legal practices. However, we could see that young people are more up-to-date and in touch with modern world. They are good in the
