1.IntroductionGood project management and appropriate planning are essential for all successful initiatives.Assists in making sure the project is completed on schedule, within the budget, and within thescope that was agreed upon For the product or service to succeed, strategic alignment with theclients' aims and objectives is critical. In addition, it acts as a guide and leader for the project andthe people working on it(Beede, 2020). It is common for a professional project manager toguarantee that his team's efforts are directed in the appropriate direction, so that they may reachthe desired outcome. The job of a project manager is to design a project realistically. The correctbasis for a project's success is laid very early in the planning stage(Ghafar et al., 2021).This document outlines a strategy for launching a public relations campaign for the BasmatKhair Fashion Exhibition Charity. Arabic idiom Basmat Khair refers to feelings of well-being.Because of its focus on human kindness, the exhibition's name matches the event's primary goal.Since the primary goal of the show is to collect money for underdeveloped nations and those indire need(Mehrotra and Lobo, 2020). For this occasion, it will be hosted in Abu Dhabi, UAEcapital and largest city (UAE). In order to effectively prepare the event, a variety of planningtools will be used. This includes a project charter, a simplified WBS, a budget statement, and anorganisational structure for the project(Pitkänen, 2021).1.1 Project ObjectivesThe main goal of the project is to raise funds for poor countries and people in need. Funds raisedon the exhibition will be directly donated to Uganda, which is not only one of the poorestcountries in Africa, but also one of the world’s poorest countries based on an article that waspublish on USA today in 2018. The fund raising will be directly supervised by personnel fromthe Emirati Red Crescent humanitarian organization(Ghafar et al., 2021).
