Yourduties and responsibilities will include:Management of Human Resources:oManage all other employees (the “Other Employees”) of the Company at theClinic.oKeep records of employee related issues in the Other Employees’ files.oPlan and conduct bi-monthly meetings with the Other Employees so as toensure all employee related issues are addressed; deal with and take necessaryfollow up action with respect to any outstanding issues, so as to ensuresatisfactory resolution of any outstanding issues.oEnsure the Other Employees receive proper continuing education about andtraining in products, treatments and services.Arrange for suppliers to conduct lunch and learns, and to provideeducational materials to the Other Employees.oEnsure the Other Employees are kept abreast of all launched marketingefforts/campaigns for the Clinic.oCreate an Employee Training Manual and a Code of Conduct that willincorporate best business practices of medical aesthetics clinics in Vancouver,British Columbia.oReview the benefits provided to you and the Other Employees.
Operations and Patient Service:oResearch ways to improve the overall operation of the Clinic, employeeworking experience and the comfort of patients.oResearch new technologies and treatments, and recommend new treatments tobe offered at the Clinic.oImplement, when necessary, new working systems designed to increaseefficiency in the work performance of front desk/patient coordinators.Sales, Marketing and Website:oCoordinate promotions and other marketing activities to maximize the Clinic’sposition in the market.
