The leadership competencies under adaptive leadershipinclude organizational knowledge, breaking down barriers, empowering the organization, and theability to sense and respond. The organization's competencies promote a positive outcome for allemployees. The executive summary aims to analyze the steps in implementing adaptiveleadership competencies and how that is affecting organizational competence.Each of the four-leadership behavior was selected based on its impact on organizationalneeds. Each leadership behavior reflects the surveying question, reflecting a specific need for theorganization. Organizational knowledge, for instance, is a primary feature that works in everyaspect of the organization. It is a distinctive competence that will enable them to understand howthe management views its leadership methods compared to how the employee understands theorganization, which can help bridge the gap between areas making people feel dissatisfied withthe job. However, they are proud to tell others where they work. Organizational knowledge willhelp leaders recognize talent, praise, and reward each of the attributes' outcomes.The following competence, which is breaking down barriers, was selected to bridge thegap between leadership in the organization and the employees' outcomes. One of the main
3attributes is effective communication which would have helped the employees raise theirgrievances using the selected method while the organization's leaders respond. Breaking downthe barrier will answer the survey questions on job satisfaction to raise the issue and evenimplement the needed infrastructure to change the organizational culture to be more engagingand recognizing people's contribution to the corporate mission.Empowering the organization answers the survey question on recognition and praise andrecognition and rewarding and job satisfaction. People can only be empowered if what they wantin an organization is granted, which will boost morale and the organization's outcome.The Leaders did not have to wait until the survey is done to understand the organization'sneeds. A leadership competence of sense and response would help the leaders see that jobsatisfaction is low and people are not even recognized and rewarded. The competence answersall the survey questions.
