Simulation II Simulation II To obtain your data, go to: http://userpages.umbc.edu/~sandoz/cgi-bin/g1 User Name = your UMBC user name Password = your full section number Due – May 4. Aim for before that! If you get it wrong, you are allowed to resubmit on paper for only small penalty within 24 hours! You will - 1. Map all of the genes; 2. Calculate the coincidence and interference values of all double crossovers. 3. Submit results online. If you submit it and the map is wrong, you have a second chance, and can submit it on paper at a -15% penalty within 24 hours. If the map is right, but the interference is wrong, don’t resubmit!
