The research that was done inthis paper consists of three parts; Requisite Skills, Ethical guidelines, and the Methodology forpresentence evaluation.Research Done on Requisite Knowledge and Skills.Generic Forensic KnowledgeHere, psychologists are equipped with a lot of knowledge through training so that theycan understand how to use their skills in psychology to the benefit of the courts. Having gottenenough skills, they should have the ability to know the required legal and justice matters to begenerated and used legally. Psychologists can also acquire forensic skills through studyinghistory and participating in development training, but first, they must be aware of the kind ofknowledge and abilities they want. Young offenders' courts have their procedures and legislations, and forensic evaluatorsmust be familiar with them. Jurisdictions use two models for sentencing young offenders, andthat is the welfare model, which involves recovering the losses encountered by the sufferer andthe reintegration and rehabilitation of the offender into society. Secondly is the justice model,which ensures proportionality between the crime and the punishment, and the safety of thecommunity is considered.
