70.101.51 Task Analysis Activity General Goal: Preparing and cooking Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Prerequisite Skills: Be able to use a liquid measuring cup, a timer, and be careful around a hot stove Steps to Complete Task 1. Wash hands 2. Walk to the refrigerator 3. Find milk 4. Pick up milk 5. Place milk on the counter near the stove 6. Walk to the refrigerator 7. Find a stick of butter 8. Pick up stick of butter 9. Place on the counter near stove next to the milk 10. Find a timer, or be able to use timer on oven 11. Open cabinets and look for a liquid measuring cup 12. Pick up measuring cup and place next to milk 13. Look in cabinets for colander 14. Pick up colander and place on counter next to measuring cup 15. Look in cabinets for a medium sized cooking pot 16. Pick up cooking pot and place on counter 17. Look in cabinets or pantry for Kraft Macaroni and Cheese 18. Place box next to other items 19. Close all cabinets 20. Find where kitchen utensils are 21. Look for a big spoon 22. Place spoon with the other items 23. Look at stove top and find the circle/burner that matches the size of the pot(this is where your pot will go once you put water in it)
