Cash handling policy Based on the Accounting Act „C” from the year 2000 the handling of cash and cash equivalents are regulated as follows: I.) Rules for handling the money on bank accounts The banks and bank account numbers of the entity: Type of bank account Name of bank Bank account number Bank account Bank account The Company has to keep its liquid assets on bank accounts and made its cash transactions via bank accounts (except the amount of the cash payments). The Company has to settle its liabilities from the bank account and the payment of its receivables arrives on its bank account. The managing director has the right to register the persons at the financial institute who have the right to dispose of the deposit accounts. The persons who have the right to dispose of the bank accounts: Name of the financial institute Persons with the right to dispose of the bank accounts THE METHODS OF PAYMENT The methods of payment are the following: - bank transfer - letter of credit - C.A.D (cash against documents) and collection of funds - bank card payment - cheque - cash payment.
