Four Seasons manages ourproperties on behalf of third-partyowners, working with them closely todesign and deliver a Four Seasonslifestyle experience through continualinnovation and the highest standardsof service. We are also extending ourluxury lifestyle offering beyond hotelsand residences through the growth ofPrivate Retreats, our portfolio of luxuryvilla and vacation home rentals; ourbespokePrivate Jet experience;and through theFour Seasons at Homeluxury goods collection. We havea complex and predominantlydecentralized global supply chain,with approximately 400 suppliersmanaged centrally through ourSourcing and Procurement function.This supply base represents 70% ofthe Operating Supplies and Equipment(OS&E) products in our guestrooms,and a significant number of suppliersin the tabletop categories. Theremaining goods and all servicesare sourced by our properties.Four Seasons is a global luxury brand headquartered in Toronto,Canada. As of year-end 2021, the Company manages 122 hotelsand resorts and 48 residential properties in major city centres andresort locations in 47 countries, with more than 50 projects underplanning or development.
