The team will comprise of two to four physical candidates and another 4 virtual candidates who must work in an optimized manner and be budgeted accordingly.However, the overall composition of the team rests with the general manager. Structure of work would include roles for technical experts, project sponsor, project manager and quality assurance of the deliverables.
