GUN CONTROL
Everyone has the constitutional right to bear arms as per the second amendment.
This was put into effect during the early days, before a strong military presence was established.
The need for local militias has past. The debate over gun control is a controversial issue in
mod-
ern times. Is it still the right for every American to own and carry a firearm? These are the issues
being presented:

The Second Amendment is not an unlimited right to own guns.

This is an old and rather outdated law.

Forms of gun control have been in effect for over 200 years.

There are areas where guns should have no place. Civilians should not carry
firearms into schools and government buildings.
