Anne Flinchum Anthro 528 Questions for Week 6 The American Disease 1. Recently, in my criminal law class, we learned that in the state of Wisconsin 70% of those incarcerated are for non-violent crimes and most of those being drug related. Obviously this “disease” is hard to control even in smaller areas (like a state), so what are possible (but realistic) solutions that could potentially be used at a national level? Do we decriminalize drugs, or make them legal, or make certain ones certain things?
