Training and Assessment Plan for BSBMGT605B Provide leadership across the organisation Unit rational: BSBMGT605B Provide leadership across the organisation one of the eight core units of Advanced Diploma of Management. The units consist of 4 elements: Element 1: Communicate organisational mission and goals Element 2: Influence groups and individuals Element 3: Build and support teams Element 4: Demonstrate personal and professional competence Delivery Plan: This unit will be delivered within 100 hours, which will be broken down into 5 weeks, 20 hours per week. We will use blended delivery methods, which consist of 6 hours of face-to-face lecturing, 9 hours practical workshop, and 5 hours interactive online learning (E-Learning). The assessment activities will also be conducted within the training and workshop hours.
