Team Skills 2Learning Team Skills Assessment and MatrixOur team of diverse skilled individuals is tasked with creating a consulting firm that will demonstrate professional competence, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, information retrieval, utilization, and collaboration skills learned during our University of Phoenix program of studies. Our plan is to review and research our strengths and weaknesses and strategize on what type of consulting firm best fits these qualities. In addition, we will review the opportunities and qualifications that we believe are required to strengthen our management team and company. We believe our management expertise demonstrated by our Matrix will provide us with leverage and opportunities to convince our targeted market that we have what it takes to give them a well researched, innovative plan to make them successful.
