I will discuss my skill that I have and which ones I may need to alter. I will also discuss what plan I have to ultimately achieve my professional goal, and what organization that may help me achieve my goal. I will discuss the benefit that my career action plan outline provides. Professional GoalsMy professional goals are to finish my education with a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration. I would like to find a job in an assisted living center as a Health Care Administrator. I would like to be able to retire from this job and know that I have helped and touched people’s lives with my ability to properly assist them. Health Care Sector JobI plan on becoming a Health Card Administrator at an assisted living facility. Assisted living administrators job is to manage the daily operation of geared toward older adults who many need assistance with eating, bathing, taking medication, and other basic functions. Assistedliving administrator over the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facilities and ensure thatall staff are providing the best service possible. Administrators supervise all the security, transportation and monitoring needs at the facility. To hold this position you must be certified or licensed to hold the job. To be certified must be certified by the Certified Assisted Living Administrator Certification offered by the American College of Health Care Administrators. The environment that is an office setting where they are in constant communication with all the workers and typically have assistant administrators on staff who will handle various daily decisions and report any concerts back to the administrator.
