The Zackman Framework is an EA which provides a formal structure view of an enterprise. There are 2 different historical classifications for this framework which has been around and used for many years. One of the historical classifications would be the transformation of an abstract which is a form of an instantiation that was hypothesized by the Greek philosophers. Meanwhile, fundamentals of communication in also part of the historical classification which could be established in the primitive interrogatives. These historical classifications have been in use for thousands of years. This enterprise architecture was developed by John Zackman in 1987 for the information systems architecture (Zackman,2008). This framework is used as a logical structure for simply classify and organize the descriptive process of an enterprise which is important for the management for the whole enterprise. The enterprise could be used for specific processes of developing the systems of an enterprise with the use of a grid model which provides a holistic view of the whole model that is being presented. In addition, it could be used for senior management and IT experts that work for a large business to understand and analyze the implications of the key business systems and the IT strategies within the enterprise. The Zackman Framework has many purposes which help processes for sorting methodology and technological issues within the enterprise. These issues that are within the enterprise could be many important issues which have certain significance to the organization. This would be depending on the general and IT management (Zackman,2008). This framework has been built from the older disciplines of the architecture and the engineering that was used for producing and designing the structures for buildings and airplanes has become the standard for enterprise architecture for the purpose of aligning the goals for a business with the information technology investments.
