The stakeholders in the dé matter are: Tony Russo (a.k.a. Vitaly Borker), any consumer who purchased products from the website, google, any online seller who sold to decormyeyes (ebay), the designers of the products being sold on decormyeyes and any payment agency used to pay for the products off decormyeyes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Tony Russo a.k.a. Vitaly Borker’s interest is the profit he makes from selling products on The consumer’s interest is in the product they paid for, for example, the product needs to be in good condition and it needs to be the product they were lead to believe they ordered, not a knock off. Google’s interest in this is the negative backlash the company received for not filtering out the negative comments for the decormyeyes and propelling it to the top of its search engine. The online sellers like Ebay, whom décormyeyes buys from interest lies in satisfying its own sellers and ensuring places like Ebay stay a safe place to sell. The designers whose products are being sold on decoremyeyes interest in this whole thing is that their name is attached to a knock off versions of their product, which leads to the de-valuing of their product and could potentially lead to a loss of business. Finally the payment agencies like Mastercard or Visa’s interest in all this lies with the fact that they need to deal with unhappy consumers who are demanding their money back; this takes up their time and other resources and could also leads to a loss in profit for them.
