Case Analysis Template Business Ethics Assigned Case __ Mihanovich Parts and Service _________________________ Your name _________ Joe Murphy ___________ Briefly summarize case: Jerry Mihanovich owns a car servicing and restoration business and two of his mechanics have come into conflict. The first, Phil Coulton, is quite experienced and very good, with a lot of steady customers. The second, Steve Haskins, is an up-and-coming star, but still doesn’t have much experience in the field. Coulton thinks that Haskins is annoying and has an unbearable attitude of self-appreciation. Coulton says that he can no longer work with Haskins and he threatens to quit if Haskins is not terminated first. Primary Dilemma: _ Haskins hasn’t done anything to deserve termination .__ Stakeholder Analysis (interests, rights & who has the corresponding duty).
