Alison CevallosDropping the atomic bombThe atomic bombs that were drooped in Japan has caused a big debate till this day onwhether dropping the atomic bombs are justifiable or not. many have supported Truman’sdecision and justify the dropping of the bombs, but in my opinion Truman’s decision was not thebest. Dropping the bombs in Japan was the worst decision ever made. The bombs weren’t evennecessary, according to Decision C “the Japanese were already defeated and ready to surrenderbecause of the effective sea blockage and the successful booming with conventional weapons”,therefore we shouldn’t have invited Japan they were coming clean, we could have ended in goodterms with Japan, but we created a big chaos in Hiroshima, and Nagasaki, by ruining structuresof both cities, having innocent people suffer, destroying childhoods of many kids , and havingsurvivors face the aftermath of the bombs till this day. When Japan attacked Pearl harbor we lost man who were fighting at war not innocentcivilians that had nothing to do with war. Japan didn’t dropped bombs in a populated city.
