Such recognition has to incorporate the social, cultural and political aspects because they form a great part of the basic human rights and fundamental freedom. However, the wealthiest countries in the world like for instance United States, Germany, Israel, Japan and The United Kingdom do not believe in such a provision. International norms advocate for self-determination, right to development, participation, and permanent sovereignty over natural resources and right to environment. In most documentation, self-determination and permanent sovereignty over natural resources are considered the most valid and applicable international human rights law. Article 22 of the Universal declaration of Human Rights provides that every person in a society has the right and to access the social security as well as being realized. Through both national and international co-operations’ efforts which recognizes resources and organization of State’s economic, social and cultural capacity, there is freedom for development. A New
