Case analysis Sexual harassment can be defined as a form in which a person is discriminated basing on their sex. When sexual harassment occurs in a workplace, it is said to have violated the laws that are against sex discrimination in the working environment (Achampong, 1999). In the case of Connie an employer of Beaufort Distributing Company, it is true that she was sexually harassed by her superior. This because she was repetitively abused verbally by Milton her supervisor. Connie was also given offers of having to leave the office much early before the stipulated time if only she would allow her breasts to be looked at. The use of vulgar language by Milton when referring to women openly before Connie is being sexually harassed.
