Take note of the demographic information for your school, as well as programs, administration, teaching staff, and other important information. Helpful resources will the MN State Department of Education’s website ( http://education.state.mn.us/ReportCard2008/ for public schools – for parochial schools, use the school’s website) for demographic information, as well as your host school’s website. Demographics: What is the school’s percentage of: • Students who are Limited English Proficient (LEP) 1 : __13%_ • Students who receive Special Education services: __8%_ • Students who receive free and reduced lunch 2 : _47%_ What is the school’s: • Attendance Rate: _93%_ • Graduation Rate: __89%_ • Dropout Rate: __6%_ School Information: What are the departments/curricular areas that the school has (list them)?
