Women are excluded from government offices in the 1930’s Then in 1938 he lets 10% of employers in public offices be women… they  needed filers, typists, only because no one else wanted to do those jobs A man is only a man if he is a worker, a soldier and a husband…. Mussolini is  very partriarchial Women are given medals based on how many children you have 10 is gold 7  is bronze… Men were not allowed to have government jobs unless they were  married …. Huge emphasis on fertility
