The article that I have chosen to analyze for the final project is “How do healthcare employees rate the ethics of the organization? An analysis based on VA Integrated Ethics staff survey data”. I chose this article as it was listed under healthcare administration and this is the field that I plan to enter. I also chose this article because of healthcare employees rating the ethics of an organization. In today’s society many organizations not behaving ethically simple to cut costs and ensure that they retain the best possible profit. The purpose of this article is to provide information for managers in healthcare organizations to improve practices that would in turn improve employees' perceptions of their organization's ethics. By improving the practices that would improve employees’ perceptions of their organization’s ethics healthcare care

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
