The predicted cut-off frequency, fo, was 8120 ± 4060 Hz. This value was determined from equation 1 where R = 1.96 ± 0.01 k and C was estimated to be 0.01 ± 0.005 μ F. The uncertainty was found by using Taylor’s expansion. The oscilloscope was used to find voltages for given frequencies and after ten runs, the experimental cut-off frequency was found to be 10.9 ± 0.1 kHz.
