Ikea Case Study Questions1.Ikea does have a dedicated global strategy for there stores. Although, they fully understand how to be flexible and adapt in order to survive in different markets around the world. 2.Ikea is able to cover the five global product and communications strategies. For example,for straight product extension; they are able to sell their same standard products that follow their Swedish style and clean lines to all of their global markets without changing anything. Product adaptation is covered in the way they showcase and offer slightly different perks for different cultures. In their Asian markets the Ikea showrooms are designed to resemble the smaller and more compact living spaces of Asian apartments. They also offer products that will better fit a family in these circumstances such as more organizational products and Asian essentials such as chopsticks and rice cookers. Productinvention is accomplished in the way Ikea has created a flat rate service that customers can use, if they want someone to transport and assemble the furniture. This helps
