You must submit your paper electronically into the entrepreneur profile dropbox on ANGEL
before class on the due date.
The profile is worth 30% of your final grade. You may not profile an entrepreneur that spoke to
the class or that we studied in class. You may not profile a relative .
 Your profile must be based on personal contact (interviews, observations, etc.)
Content
The following information should be included in each profile:
 The name of the entrepreneur and the organization he/she/they started.
 Start-up Team: If the venture has a start-up team (rather than a solo entrepreneur), a
description of the team members. Include information about what each person brings to the
venture.
 Opportunity Recognition: A description of how the entrepreneur(s) came up with the idea.
 Product or Service: A description of what it is that the organization sells.
 Customer: Who is the customer? Why was that particular market segment chosen by the
entrepreneur?
 Value Proposition: A description of the benefit being provided to the customer.
